The consultancy was founded in 2009 by Shannon Ryan, an industry thought leader in global brand and product development, with proven success accelerating company and revenue growth for companies of all sizes and across industries. 

Over the past 20+ years, Shannon has held executive leadership roles on both the agency and 

brand-side in strategy, marketing, product, customer success, and operations. She has also served on multiple advisory boards/board of directors, including the American Marketing Association, Silicon Valley.
